Return and Refund Policy
The Operating Standard sells digital products, templates, tools and downloadable business resources.
Because our products are supplied digitally and access may be provided immediately after purchase, we do not generally offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, choosing the wrong product, or deciding that a product is no longer required after purchase.
Please review the product description, inclusions and compatibility information carefully before purchasing.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description, cannot be supplied as promised, or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as replacement, correction or refund depending on the circumstances.
Consumer guarantees cannot be removed by a store refund policy.
Download or Access Problems
If you have purchased a product but cannot access or download the files, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will first attempt to restore access, resend the download or provide the purchased files by another reasonable method.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us and we will review the transaction. Where we can reasonably verify that a genuine duplicate purchase occurred, we may provide a refund for the duplicate transaction.
